In that case you should tell us what specifically you are looking for.
I enclose two screen shots referencing the Specific Manual Beamer
Presentations.
general OLs.jpeg says that Action Specifications are accessible via Insert.
in action-How .jpeg I tried to do that but could not find the Insert
command (see the magenta colored line)
Neither could I do that in other frames / places
PS: no problem with Insert > Overlay Specifications
