Hi, thanks everyone for your suggestions! By manually #undefining HAVE_SSTREAM, HAVE_OSTREAM and HAVE_LOCALE in src/config.h I could compile and install happily. If #undefining HAVE_LOCALE does not impair locale awareness, I could make a lyx.tgz slackware package and upload it to www.linuxmafia.org.
