Hi,
i'm not sure, but when using vref in tex i somtimes get a similar
error. This is because the reference is around a page break and
LaTeX can't decide which kind of reference it has to use.
Using normal ref and pageref solve this problem.
Maybe this is also with texref? I never used texref in LyX, sorry.
