Anyone can do this now doesn't need lyx to do it. One is not prevented
from using lyx, obviously, but lyx will add steps.
Do a spell check over the file ispell uses to add the words. For English,
it is ".ispell_english".
For obvious reasons, work on a copy of the file and change the name of
.ispell-english to something like Save_ispell_enlish.
