Hi,
according to feedbacks in the list, the preamble line:
> usepackage[ps2pdf,pdftitle={title},
> urlcolor=blue,linktocpage,letterpaper,colorlinks=true]{hyperref}
seems to provide good pdf output. However, I get Latex errors for math
mode in section headers. It doesn't produce any output (of course not).
The errors look like:
> LaTeX Font Info: Font shape 'OT1/ptm/bx/n' in size <12> not available
> (Font) Font shape 'OT1/ptm/bx/n' tried instead on input line 576
> !Undefined control sequence
> \Generic Error
>
> #4 \errhelp \@err@ ...
> l.576 ...difference \protect\( \Delta \protect\)}
>
> The control sequence at the end of the top line ...bla bla;
Why are these fonts available, as long as I don't use package hyperref?
