In the CVS version, the process is semi-automatic:
You still need to insert a label for each section/table, but you do not need
to fill the dialog with the name of the label, as it is automatically
initialized (for a section 'Foo', the label will be initialized to 'sec:Foo').
Maybe in the future I will add a button to the References dialog that will
automatically add a label for all sections/floats that do not have a label.
