Yes, this is a problem seen mostly by german users, which is that
numbers are written as 2,15 in lyx file instead of 2.15. This means
that LyX can have problems to re-read your files... I _think_ I have
found a fix for that, and if my fix is right, it will appear in
1.1.6fix1.
