Algorithm-style release (0.3)

Hello,

A new release of the Algorithm-style package for lyx is now available
(0.3). It includes some new features, bug fixes, and the style file
(.inc) is now splitted in two files, a latex package file (.sty) and a
light style file (.inc). The previous version (0.2) is still available.
