Does anybody know of a bibtex package out there that has a cite command appropriate for footnotes, according to the Chicago style? I looked at frankenstein, but I only see cite commands for inline citations. I suppose the thing to do otherwise is to put some stuff in the preamble? But I don't know how to make this work. Any help would be _much_ appreciated.
