I didn't do anything else then you said!
Now there was also some reaction on the screen: For example the size of the section
headers was significantly smaller. But when I tried View PDF again the result wasn't
different from before.
2) Another thing I tried was View PDF (pdflatex): When I choose that menu option
directly after starting lyx and opening a document I get the message in the terminal
Converting from latex to pdf2
Running none
sh: none: command not found
Executing command: acroread CBsimulation-4-tje.pdf
And in Lyx a window popped up saying: There was an error opening this document. No
such file or directory.
