Hi all, thank you for all the responses. Herbert Voss and Matej Cepl
suggested to use the latex packages: tocloft, titlesec and sectsty. I
found that sectsty suits my need, so I'll use that.

One thing I noticed is that I couldn't use titlesec together with
fancyhdr, it gives me an error about footrule/headrule has already
been defined. Maybe it's my fault, I don't know, anyway sectsty does
what I want nicely. Thanks again.
