Attached is a zip file dvips.zip which contains a wrapper script for dvips
from MikTeX as well as expr.exe a CygWin utility which is called in the
script! You have to unpack both files into C:\CYGWIN\USR\LOCAL\LYX\EXTERNAL.
I have tested the script: export is possible now ;))
The script assumes that dvips.exe is located in C:\TEXMF\MIKTEX\BIN! If this
is not true on your system, please change the last line of the script to fit
your dvips's location!
