lynx -dump file.html > file.txt
Yes. It's ly_n_x, not lyx.
html2text is part of the package html2txt-1.02-5 on my installation,
but the output of 'lynx -dump' is better suited for import in LyX.
I have seen a html to latex converter some time ago, but I don't have
some installed right now.
