before the specific line in your text write in tex(red)
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{Literaturverzeichnis}
if you want a toc-entry with the format of a chapter
\addtocontents{toc}{Literaturverzeichnis}
if you want a nonformatting toc-entry (no indent)
