latex2rtf

Hello,
after installing latex2rtf correctly I still got
the following error message:
"Methodischer_Teil 3(thats the name of my
document): ERROR ! failed fgetpos :
> main.c (Convert): errorno 29
This doesn'tchange when using latex2rtf with the
option -l,
is there someone working with latex2rtf ?
Any idea what this error message (errorno 29) is
all about ?
