At least with lyx-1.1.5 (rpm version) and pybliographer 1.0.0  (rpm
version)
works nicely with Mandrake 7.0

Had some problems with pybliograpic 1.0.0 but came over them.
Hint. the pygtk and pygnome upgrades should be installed
in /usr not /usr/local. /This is achieved by installing the
pygnomes as rpm packages from the begining.

If this does not help I'm lost
