OK, it's on my german LyX page (http://www.uni-sw.gwdg.de/~pit/LyX), you
can download it directly from
ftp://ftp.uni-sw.gwdg.de/pub/people/pit/lyx_115.mo
copy it to /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/lyx.mo
(or where else you have installed lyx - try 'locate lyx.mo')
