list environment

I have installed lyx 1.1.5pre1 on RedHat 6.2 and have got problems with the list environment which I didn't have before (lyx 1.1.4fix1 on Caldera 2.3). If the actual width of the label is longer than the default width, the label should extend into the first line (user guide). But it doesn't. The part of the label which exceeds the default width is printed over the beginning of the following text. With other words: The text doesn't move with the label, thus they are overlapping. This appears in dvi-view and in postscript-view als well as in the actual print. Is it a bug of the new version or is something else wrong with my RedHat-installation?   Thanks for any hint in advance   Gerhard Schuck   P.S.: I've tried it with 1.1.5pre3 too, but the same problem appears.
