write just before your formula

\def\arraystretch{0.5}

and you'll get what you want .. :-)

it's also possible to write this in the LyX-formula, if you need normal 
arrystretch for other
matrizes. therfore you can write backslash (not seen in lyx math 
mode!)def, space (not seen),
backslash (also not seen), arraystretch,{ (both paranthesis are seen!),0.5.
behind your sum you can write the same with the value 1 for normal 
linespacing.
