segmentation fault

hello,

I got lyx-1.1.4, I put it on /usr/local/, I put xform-88 in /usr/local
but I must do ./configure --with-extra-lib=/usr/local 
What is the standard directory where to put xform-88 ?
configure and make works successfully. (apparently), but
when I do src/lyx I get the message : segmentation fault
Can someone help me please.
