I'm working on an Appellate Brief (US legal document).
I need to include a "Table of Authorities" which has the following format:
Table of Authorities
Cases
*Foo v. Frink*, 123 U.S. 321 (1990).............. 5, 8, 10, 23
*Jones v. Smith*, 234 U.S. 872 (1970).......................10
Statutes
Blah Act of 1970, 33 U.S.C. SectionSymbol 1333 (1986).....2, 4
It's sort of like an Index and sort of like a Bibliography. Any ideas?
Also, some document classes provide "......."s in the Table of Contents
and some do not. Where is this set?
