I suppose you have selected the right language from LyX menus? If yes, the
it's probably (La)TeX configuration problem. You could get rid of
your distribution's TeX version and replace it with the newest teTeX.
Or you could fix your current tex installation. Much harder...
A workaround might be to insert manually hyphenation points in your words
(use the "insert" menu in LyX).
