Dots at the end of section headings

Hello all,

In the section headings of a document, instead of the standard layout

1 Section
1.1 Subsection
1.1.1 Subsubsection

I would like to have

1. Section
1.1. Subsection
1.1.1. Subsubsection

Is there a LaTeX command that does this?
