That doesn't look (IMHO) quite as good. But maybe that is what most people
are doing. So I guess it's a good solution.
Interestingly, our assistant (who most probably uses FrameMaker) does
exactly this (ie. the line is strictly vertical, not a slash). Supposedly
because with FM one can't do this.

(by the way, if someone has some links to online documentation about
math notation, I'd be very interested. The official standard would be
the best possible thing but I think it costs $$$ or equivalent in cash =)
