Dear All,
I am attempting to write a paper in Lyx (v.1.0.4) using Revtex
(not Revtex4, in compatibility mode) but I cannot get wide abstracts to
work with two column format. I have put a complete example downloaded from
APS' eprint server which compiles and renders correctly with Latex but
will not import in Lyx, on ftp://www.mklab.rhbnc.ac.uk/pub/tom/eprint.zip.
Import fails with,
reLyX, the LaTeX to LyX translator. Revision date 1999/05/02

Hacking the eprint example's Latex source to remove the \wideabs
surrounding the title,pacs,abstract etc. will allow Lyx to import it but
then of course I'm back with the narrow abstract or single columns.
Any ideas?
