latex to html

Hi folks

I am using tth package to convert my tex files (produced under lyx) to html,
but  there are some problems:

-- the name of the chapters etc appear in English, I need them in Portugeuse in
the htm files as well
-- It doesn't print any table of contents.
Is there any ay to enable such features?
