Thank you  for help.

I have found a solution for the problem: In my document I also use
the command '\dedication'. I deleted this command and Lyx does not
try to use the command  '\maketitle' and compile my document
with my own titlepage without any errors. Perhaps is an error in the
template "koma-script" that '\dedication' requires \maketitle'.
