I cannot import a tex file into lyx, apparently because
lyx searches the conversion program RelyxFigure.pm in /usr/local
rather than in /usr. Here is the error message:

Is it due to a lyx package misconfiguration (debian linux dist) ?
How can I specify the correct location where RelyxFigure.pm can be found?
