This is possible with a bit of LaTeX knowledge ;)
You have to use the "longtable"-options and the use in the Extra-Options
a string like l@{\hspace*{2mm}\extracolsep{\fill}} for the first cell-column
I append you a lyx-file where you can see this in action.
You also can put the 2 LaTeX commands in the LaTeX preamble if this
is valid for the whole document and so you don't see the ERT in the
LyX document :)
