The URL I gave before is cited on the NT Lyx html page. The actual

-- I've now had some experience with this port. As the documentation
states, it does NOT run with the MicroImages X-server. even if you add
the Helvetica, Helvetica-Bold, Times, and other .bdf fonts that will
enable the MicroImages X-server to work with LyX on a remote Unix
host. The NT port of LyX does run with other X-servers (I'm using a
nagware X-server that punts after 2 hours), and seems to do a good job
on a laptop running ms-windows-NT.
