With which library version did you compile? You cannot run with 0.86 a
binary compiled with 0.88. Similarly, with the 0.88 library, you
should make sure that the header (forms.h) version (this is the
version given by configure) is indeed the same as the library
(libforms.a or libforms.so) version.
