I dont think there is an automated way... You can install it in your tex tree
and do 'texhash' and it will compile and let you see the dvi etc., but you
lose out on the GUI enhancements in lyx. You probably need to generate
a .layout file from the standard templates.
It may be possible for someone to contribute a filter from .cls to .layout
formats... but I dont even know if that's under dev yet.
