Ciao Paolo,
the drawing program xfig comes, in latest versions (>=3.2), with libraries
that contain pre-drawn objects, and one of these is for electrical
circuits. If you are using Linux, chances are that you already have
xfig, try "man xfig". Otherwise, you can check the contrib directory of
your distribution. As a last resource:

ftp://ftp.x.org/contrib/applications/drawing_tools/xfig

The xfig figures can then be exported as ps or eps files for inclusion in
Lyx/latex documents.
