Hello You Main_File is indeed corrupted, it terminates somewhere inbetween with a number of null characters (the other file is OK AFAICS). It would be interesting to know how the corruption happened, as this is of course a serious problem that should never happen. The file itself cannot be restored, but LyX should have made (different sorts of) backups which might be of help. Please refer to section 2.2 of the User Guide for where to find those backups.
