Not in the English manual, I guess.
The manual adapts itself to the UI used by the user. If we produce PDF
files to put in our web site, we have to be careful about such things,
of course.

You may have seen that I restored the dynamic insets, as one can always run
$LC_ALL=C lyx
to create e.g. a manual to upload to the wiki.
