Generally yes. You should also check the tracked changes in the English
docs, though. There are quote some changes as compared to 2.3.x.
Sure, I have seen the numerous improvements made. But as I understand, it is now
up to me to check the changes in the English docs and report them in the French
manual (currently, there are only a few differences between e.g. the UserGuide
versions in 2.3.x and master), so the path to follow is
* update the 2.3.x docs;
* load the docs with 2.4.0dev to insure conversion;
* save and commit the new docs in master;
* check for changes in the English version (they are marked as change
tracking, right ?) and import them in the 2.4.x French docs;
* translate.
