Hello Mike, many thanks. I committed your changes. So in LyX 2.2.3 it will be correct.
This was made with 2.2.2 and change tracking enabled (although language declaration changes seem not to be tracked?)
Yes, the languages changes (also text layout changes etc.) are not yet tracked by LyX.
