I think you are right that using a csv is better than adr (I had never heard of adr so I'm not surprised that they are ancient). If we add your examples I think we should reference serial letter, and in serial letter we should reference your example. I'm personally convinced that your example is good to add (but we should see what others think). But we might want to clean it up a bit if we can reduce the ERT. Can you attach the newest version of your English and Arabic example files? Do you get any errors when you compile either of them? Thanks for your time on helping with this! Scott
