Format number in Customization manual

I was checking the Customization manual for something recently and 
noticed that the current Format number is listed variously as

5.2.1.1  "In LyX 2.1, the current layout format is 48."
5.2.2    the module example near the end of the section uses Format 35
5.3.3    "The format for the present version of LyX is format 59."
