Can I customize scons for 1.4.x and add INSTALL.scons, development/scons to the 1.4.x branch? I am asking for this since scons has been stable for quite a while so I do not expect frequent changes.
Scons/1.4.x has been committed. Please test. I expect that another two or three minor changes will be needed. Thanks. Bo
