Come on! You started this discussion by complaining that LyX batch-mode did not worked as it used to. People who need to export raw in order to use some special php translation on the file are not people interested in export menu. Export menu should contain formats that interest normal users. Indeed, I think there are more people who want plain text than raw/crippled (depending on what you expect) LaTeX. JMarc
