Yep, strange. And this is not the first time I see it. Last time I solved it by checking out a complete new tree. The weird thing is that if I delete Application.C and then "svn update", I get the same error after the file has been restored:

Restored: D:\devel\lyx\trunk\src\frontends\qt4\Application.C
Error: Working copy path 'qt4/Application.C' does not exist in repository

As I have a patch ready in my tree, I don't want to waste time to port it to a new clean tree... But I guess I'll have to :-(
