LyXConfig.lyx.in

Hi,

what is the purpose of LyXConfig.lyx.in? It seems to be unused (replaced 
by LaTeXConfig.lyx.in?)

Shall we drop the file? It makes no sense to maintain documents that 
aren't used at all (and tend to become outdated).
