I get this now too after I did an update yesterday :-( The strange thing is 
that I don't know which package caused that. Neither downgrading the 
kernel nor bash, nor coreutils helps.

I still think that this is a bug of whatever program parses the #! line (I 
always thought that the kernel does it), but since you are not the only 
person seeing this I think we should remove the -tt option.
