The installer will include tools like aiksaurus, dvipost etc. I want to
upload them somewhere to make it easier for people to compile the
installer. I can't upload these files to the wiki because of the file
size limit.
I remember someone (you) asked about this a while back, unfortunately I
never got around to answer. I think it might be impossible to let the file
manager we're using right now allow larger files. It might be a PHP
restriction or something else, but it's not worth the effort.
