LyX 1.4.2 is _almost_ ready to go out. However, I am _almost_ leaving for vacations (until Aug 7) :)
There are two possible scenarii: - I release 1.4.2 tomorrow and let everybody else handle the problems; this means I should give someone (Georg?) the password of ftp.lyx.org so that files can be uploaded. - I release 1.4.2 shortly after Aug 7; this will allow to have better installer translations, but the delay is already too important for 1.4.2, and we should move to other goals. Note that updated 1.4.2 installers can be released from the same code base. So, what shall we do? JMarc
