| I have the xforms revoval ready in my tree, but since the booktab
| merge is in progress I will wait for that. (But not too log...)
I have now committed the removal.
I have not fixed scons or cmake.
I have not fixed text files or other lyx documentation.
I have not removed/changed comments in the rest of the source.
Automake/autoconf/autogen has been updated.
The po/gettext has been fixed up. (not that non-active po files still
have references to xforms.)
