No. The consensus was that we use the log message exatly like we used the Changelog in the dark CVS ages. Angus posted a script snvdiff.sh some time ago to assist with that. AFAIK the plan is to 1) implement a websvn, probably with trac and 2) automatically add a link to the patch in the messages sent to the cvs list. It did not happen until now because the only one who can do that is Lars (and he prefers to go sailing nowadays ;-( ) Georg
