No way to convert latex to lyx in 1.4.1?

Hello,

I couldn't find a menu entry to convert latex to lyx in lyx-1.4.1.
Tex2lyx exists and works independently of lyx, but there seems to be
no entry in the files->import menu.

I'm probably doing something dumb as usual!
