The easy way is to do both at the same time, i.e. write as you'd write it for README.Win32 and then paste it within [EMAIL PROTECTED]@] on some wiki page. The [@ ... @] takes everything within and keeps it preformatted.
If it was possible to link to files in the subversion repository, you could just add a link from the wiki page to the file itself...
